1.2 Who We Are (Nature of the Platform)
Tenzzi is an intermediary service provider digital platform established in Trabzon in 2026, bringing together local merchants, restaurants, grocery stores, and home producers within a digital ecosystem.
1.3 Our Mission and Our Rebellion Against International Monopolies
Today, restaurants, grocery stores, local merchants, and women producing at home are crushed under the exorbitant commission rates and ruthless market rules of global corporate giants.
There is no longer a sustainable trading environment left for our merchants, who lose a major portion of their hard-earned income to these global monopolies.
As Tenzzi, our core mission is to completely liberate our merchants from this monopoly of exploitation.
We are not an intermediary that erodes the profits of local merchants with high commissions; instead, we are a business partner that offers a fair, flexible, and sustainable revenue ecosystem shaped according to the merchant’s turnover and size.
As our merchants earn, we will grow; as we grow, the local economy will revitalize.
1.4 Our Vision and Artificial Intelligence Goal
Tenzzi is not just an ordinary food and grocery delivery application.
Our vision is much deeper and future-oriented.
Our main goal is to transition local merchants and home producers away from traditional methods, fully digitalize them, and build the AI-integrated commerce ecosystem of the future.
From smart delivery algorithms to AI-powered infrastructures that ease merchants' stock and revenue management, we put all the possibilities of technology at the service of local commerce.
Furthermore, we support social development by involving housewives in the kitchen economy, and we build a hybrid, flexible, and free trading world that incorporates both online and pay-at-the-door options.
Tenzzi is a technology movement that builds the commerce of the future while preserving local values.

2. USER AGREEMENT
==================================================
2.1 Legal Status
Tenzzi is an intermediary service provider within the scope of Law No. 6563.
2.2 Courier System
- Couriers are not employees of Tenzzi; they are independent service providers.
- Couriers are personally liable by law for damages arising from their own faults.
- Tenzzi solely provides the technical and organizational infrastructure of the platform.
- Courier performance may be monitored and evaluated by the system.
2.3 Order Flow
Order -> Seller Approval -> Preparation -> Courier Assignment -> Delivery -> Payment Distribution
2.4 Payment System
- Payments are processed through the PayTR infrastructure.
- Collected amounts are held securely within a pool system.
- Card information is under no circumstances stored by Tenzzi.
2.5 Cancellation Terms
- An order can be cancelled free of charge by the user before the seller starts the preparation process.
- Once the preparation has started, order cancellation or refund is not possible.
2.6 Return and Inspection
Notifications can be made to the platform in the following cases:
- Incorrect product delivery
- Missing delivery
- Damaged / spoiled product
Notification Period:
- Within a maximum of 24 hours from delivery.
Evaluation:
- If found justified by the platform following an inspection, the return will be approved.
Refund Period:
- Approved refunds will be reflected in accounts within 7–14 business days, depending on bank procedures.
2.7 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
By law, there is no right of withdrawal (return without a valid justification) for the following products:
- Perishable fresh foods
- Hot meals
- Products whose return is not suitable for health/hygiene reasons once their packaging has been opened (personal care, makeup, underwear, etc.)
- Products whose packaging integrity has been compromised after delivery
2.8 Account Deletion
Users have the right to request the deletion of their accounts at any time.

- Processing Time: The process will be completed within 30 days after the request is received.
2.9 Jurisdiction Clause
- Trabzon (Ortahisar) Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve disputes arising from this agreement.
- For consumer transactions, the courts and Consumer Arbitration Committees of the consumer's place of residence are authorized in accordance with legal regulations.

3. PRIVACY AND KVKK (DATA PROTECTION) POLICY

3.1 Processed Data
- Identity (first name, last name)
- Contact (phone, email)
- Delivery address
- Payment data (via PayTR)
- Log and device information
- Location data
3.2 Location Data and Explicit Consent
- Location data is processed solely to ensure the order is delivered to the correct address and to provide logistics services.
- Explicit consent is requested from the user upon the first use of the application.
- If location permission is not granted, order and courier delivery services cannot technically be provided.
3.3 Data Sharing
Within the scope of operational necessity, personal data is shared only with:
- Sellers preparing the order
- Independent couriers carrying the order
- The payment institution (PayTR)
- Technical infrastructure providers
3.4 Retention Period
Data is retained for the periods stipulated by legal legislation and is securely deleted or anonymized upon expiration of the period.
3.5 KVKK (Data Subject) Rights
Users have the right to:
- Request information
- Request deletion
- Correct data
- Object to the processing of their data

4. COOKIE POLICY

Marketing and advertising cookies are only activated with the explicit consent/approval of the user.

5. COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGES

Tenzzi does not send marketing SMS, emails, or push notifications without the user's explicit consent and approval.
The user has the right to leave campaign and announcement lists at any time.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

6. PROHIBITED PRODUCTS

The sale, display, and transportation via couriers of the following products are strictly prohibited on the Tenzzi platform:
- Alcohol
- Tobacco and tobacco products
- Illegal / over-the-counter products
- Prescription medications
